Book Description of Martial Law for the Period of September 12, 1980 with its Declarations: With the declaration number 1 of the National Security Council dated September 12, 1980, the parliament and the government were dissolved and martial law was declared throughout the country. There is no longer any legal order in the country and the Constitution has been abolished. From now on, the decisions taken by the military administration will form the legal order of the coup. The martial law decisions that will be implemented in this period are the period in which the coup law that has survived until today was placed in the Constitution and legislation.
