The land of Kumia used to be a larger Kurdi kingdom. This kingdom was governed for centuries with a mystical and fatalistic identity and the Gal/Xalo logic brought by the Sumerian culture. It had a typical agricultural society and cultural structure. And it was not a coincidence that the cruel Assyrian king, who took part in the Assyrian war council, came from the country of Komia.
The Mitirdad period is the story of a people who turned from a large Komia country into a smaller Komia country. Mitardates were the warrior descendants of the sun god and his warrior representatives on earth. The weakened people and the rulers became famous firstly as TeSup and more recently as Mitirdat.
Although both mitirdat in the komajin kingdom and mitirdat in the Cappadocia kingdom were titles taken to defend their countries with warrior identity, this kingdom was seen as the kingdom of peace. It must be a distortion that he deals with the history of the region with a nostalgic sentimentality instead of seeing the war and struggle against the Western Roman / Greek colonization. It is the story of the Kingdom of Güne Komia, which will also inspire the slogan of the figure "Jan, Jin, Jiyan azadi", which is an example for today's Kurdi society.
