While the place of communication in all production processes is rapidly growing; It has been meticulously worked on to be a guidebook for all local governments for accurate and simple communication, without getting lost in the increasingly complex messages, diversified tools and cacophonous information bombardment. Even in these days when the place of human labor and even the human mind in the future is being discussed, there is no doubt that humans will develop themselves with brand new production models and life fictions, and will remain the most important element of the system, as has been the case throughout history. One of the most important issues in tomorrow's world, as it is today, will be communication as long as humans exist. While artificial intelligence studies continue in many corners of the world, it is known that new ideas are being developed to solve possible miscommunications between humans and artificial intelligence. One of the main elements of the change that can be observed in the cumbersome structure of local governments in recent years is the acceleration of communication technologies; The acceleration of the mechanisms of receiving information, being involved in decision-making processes, and making requests and suggestions. In the coming period, all local governments face the obligation to bring their communication processes into line with the times. Therefore, the book "New Era Public Relations 4.0 in Municipality" (Corporate Communication in Local Governments in the New Era) was also written as a product of such a need. In this context, I believe that these and similar studies will fill an important gap in the restructuring of local governments, especially in the context of public relations.
