Origin of Zazas Based on DNA - History of the Zaza People Book Description It is about the Zaza people in Eastern Anatolia. These people are the indigenous inhabitants of Eastern Anatolia. It is estimated that there are a total of 1,500,000 Zazas worldwide. According to some sources, it is depicted on cuneiform clay tablets (Sumerian from 3100 BC) that the Zaza people resided around Lake Van. The old Persian Behistun Inscription, dated to the reign of Darius I (515 BC), states that the Zaza people lived in a region northwest of Lake Van. Significantly, historical records such as the Bundahishn (circa 500 BC), one of the sacred scriptures of the Zoroastrian disciples, prove that the homeland of the Zazas, as accepted today, was around the source of the Euphrates and Tigris. This evidence shows that the Zazas did not migrate from Khorasan to Zazadiya, as previously thought, but on the contrary, to Khorasan. DNA tests reveal with fascinating clarity the kinship that binds the Zaza tribes together. My results revealed more than 8,500 potential DNA relatives. DNA tests give an account of how close we are all. Almost all 220 Zaza tribes participated in DNA tests. My DNA profile was compared to approximately 3,500 Zaza individuals from around the world to identify my relatives. The compilation table presents the average values of the estimated ethnicity distribution of Zaza candidates for different DNA testing companies. DNA is the tree of unwritten people groups. Effective isolation has ensured that the DNA of the Zaza people remains unique. It shows that the exclusivity and endogamy in the homeland "Zazadiyar" make the DNA of the Zazas a distinctive species. DNA, languages, migrations, religious environments, living habits, agricultures and cultural activities are the pieces of the puzzle that contribute to the knowledge of the ancient Zaza people. The reasoning around this is a creative way to explore our ancient ancestors. (From the Promotional Bulletin)
