An Overview of Human Nature as a Communal Personality Analysis
Why do we consider collectivism as the basic principle of communal culture? Or why do we call the moral-political stance a principle? Moreover, what is the importance of principles in communal culture? The first thing that needs to be stated is that principles equalize everyone and provide equal benefits to everyone because they create a certain direction and axis. No one can benefit or gain more than another person due to the benefits that occur equally. No one can create class differences or hierarchize in line with the principles. Regardless of the person's position, qualification, or title, everyone is equal in principle and benefits from the principles equally. The distinctions of "new" or "old", "authorized" or "unauthorized", "more labored" or "less labored" do not constitute any superiority or privilege in the face of the principles. In a structure where communal values are expressed with principles, no one becomes superior enough to be in power or to establish domination. Therefore, people who want to establish superiority and be in power primarily play with the principles.
