Friendship... A point where three different lifestyles meet

Three friends who have passed middle age and spent their entire lives in Beyoğlu; Selim, Kenan and Nihat. The story we hear from Selim's mouth deals with the changing lives of three friends after Kenan's death experience. Kenan, struggling to make his life meaningful again, is unaware of the hole he has fallen into.

A gayya well in Beyoğlu

Beyoğlu Rhapsody is like a superimposition of many photographs taken over the years, a dynamic panorama of Beyoğlu, which is constantly renewing itself, taken inch by inch. Ahmet Ümit successfully depicts a gaya well full of secrets and pain, which we jump over and stands in the middle of Istiklal Street.

There was such a magic here that even if you just watched what was happening, like I was doing right now, you couldn't help but be a part of the game. Because stepping onto this street meant agreeing to be a part of this scene.
