Peter is unemployed and works as a scrap dealer in Quality City, but he cannot bring himself to turn machines that do not work properly into scrap. So he involuntarily finds himself the leader of various robots sent to him. One day, when the Shop sends Peter something he is 100% sure he doesn't want to have, Peter decides to return it.
