Who are you? What do you represent? What is your historical reason for existence? These are questions that judges, prosecutors, and defendants must ask themselves at the threshold of every case.

There have always been two methods in defense policy: defenses of harmony, which accept the existing justice mechanism (Dreyfus, Challe), and defenses of rupture, which aim to reveal a new reality (Socrates, Dimitrov). While the first ones saved their heads, the second ones won their case.

Nowadays, where cases are not confined to the four walls of the courtroom but are in front of the eyes and ears of the world, the number of people who both win their cases and save their lives is increasing. The criminals, who act with the confidence of their "civilization" and the killing power they hold, must now understand that their "justice" is no longer valid and that they do not have the right to say a word.

We first published Defense Attacks in 1988. When we look at it today, we see that it has not lost any of its currency and importance. We are republishing it for new generations of readers.
