Derrida
Of course, it is impossible to describe the impact Jacques Derrida had on twentieth-century philosophy in a few sentences. His work, which challenges some of the fundamental conclusions of Western-based philosophical thought, has produced a widespread impact that often goes beyond the epistemological framework in which it is centered. The basic structure in which some of the premises that make the age we live in "postmodern" find definition and meaning has often been considered a sphere of ideas that Derrida completely disrupted and reconstructed. It is obvious that his legacy, briefly described as deconstructionist, is both a starting point for endless discussions and one of the sources of inspiration marking today's philosophical horizon. Glendinning, one of the younger generation researchers who has made many meticulous studies about Derrida, subjects the thinker's work to a different reading with rich insight and a simple analysis skill.
