Along with Welîyê Uşênê Îmamî, Sey Qajî and Sayder, he is one of the three important poets of Dêrsim. He is one of those who most frequently expressed the 1938 massacre with painful lamentations. He added a very important value to the Dêrsim-Kirmancîye verbal music of that period.

However, unfortunately, very few elegy and love works of these three important poets have survived to the present day. Many of these works have either been forgotten, lost or become anonymous. This situation shows the difficulty of keeping an unwritten culture alive.

The oral music culture in Dêrsim seems to have started with Sey Qajî, Sayder (Sayê Alê Moşî), Welîyê Uşêne Îmamî. However, when expressing this, it can mean that it is unfair to the past. It should be noted that there were some poets, bards and artists who contributed to this work in Dersim in the past. Since there is no information or source about them, they remain unknown.

Öyküleriyle Dersim Kılamları ve Dêrsim Şairi UŞÊNÊ KALMEMÎ (1887-1964) Welîyê Uşênê Îmamî, Sey Qajî ve Sayder ile birlikte Dêrsim’in üç önemli şairlerindendir. 1938 kırımını acılı ağıtlarla en çok dile getirenlerin başında gelir. O dönemle ilgili Dêrsim-Kirmancîye sözlü müziğine çok önemli bir değer katmıştır. Ancak ne yazıkki bu üç önemli şairin icra ettikleri eserlerden günümüze çok az ağıt ve sevda eseri ulaşmıştır. Bu eserlerin birçoğu ya unutulmuş, kaybolmuş ya da anonimleşmiştir. Bu durum yazılı olmayan bir kültürü yaşatmanın zorluğunu gösterir. Dêrsim’de sözlü müzik kültürü, Sey Qajî, Sayder (Sayê Alê Moşî), Welîyê Uşêne Îmamî ile başlamış gibi görünüyor. Ancak bunu ifade ederken, geçmişe haksızlık olduğu anlamına gelebilir. Geçmişte mutlaka Dêrsim’de bu işe emek vermiş bazı şair, ozan ve sanatçıların da olduğunu belirtmek gerekir. Onlarla ilgili herhangi bir bilgi ve kaynak olmadığı için onlar meçhul olarak kalmıştır.
