The oak tree in Cudi, with its lush groves in the Aegean, the right to life of the tree, the wolf and the bird, one by one.

Hello to everyone who advocates and marches non-stop for this cause.

We set out on this path with the motto "Ecological consciousness is a basic ideological consciousness"; We are here with the Ecological Life Magazine, which emerged as a collective work as a result of long discussions with different ecology activists and groups in a wide range of areas, where all life advocates can express themselves, and whose content and policies we determine together.

While the reality that ecological crises cause social crises and social crises cause ecological crises is clearly evident; The harmonious unity of society and nature can only be achieved by re-harmonizing the first and second nature. We believe that this can be achieved not through environmental activities, but through radical social changes. For this reason, in the first issue of our magazine, we discuss the "Social Ecology" paradigm, which rejects hierarchy and domination, proposes a revolutionary policy for all the oppressed, and provides us with a strong perspective while also grounding our perspective.

-Şadi İdem, “From the perspective of social ecology, what is life in harmony with nature?” While questioning the context in which the meaning attributed to nature is considered,

-Abdulvahap Işıklı takes us back to that period and reminds us that the socialization that emerged with the family in the settled life was not hierarchical and domineering.

-With the article Towards Social Ecology, Arjin Yıldırım; While emphasizing that the origin of the ecological crisis should be sought at the beginning of civilization,

-Ruşen Seydaoğlu, in his article, examines how the crisis created by civilization causes the destruction of women and nature, and therefore the commonality of the struggle for ecology and the struggle for women's freedom.

- Mirad Bîlgîç, while making an eco-criticism essay in Kurdish, with the title “Ceribandineke Ekorexneyî”

-Reha Alpay; In his article "Technology in Terms of Social Ecology", he points out that, unlike today, the role of technology can be liberating.

-While Çarçel Didar wrote the political economy of social ecology under the title "Economy in Social Ecology"

- Derya Akyol also tells us what we want to know about the Mesopotamian Ecology Movement and the struggle for ecology.

- While Demir Çelik touched upon the importance of local governments in social ecology,

-A compilation of criticisms of Bookchin's social ecology theory, written by Alan Rodi and Andrew Light.

- Murray Bookchin touches upon the society-nature relationship, education-organization and goals of social ecology.

- In addition to these articles, articles containing vital practical information are also included in our magazine. Happy reading to everyone.
