He lived in very difficult and painful times when a six-century-old empire collapsed and a new nation state was established in its place, was influential in the fields of science, thought and politics, and left behind important works. He was a member of parliament and minister of foundations during the Constitutional Monarchy, a jurist who played an active role in the comprehensive amendment of the Constitution in 1909, a young Islamic scholar and thinker who distinguished himself as a young Islamic scholar and thinker with the scientific articles he published in various magazines of his time, and a scholar of the True Religion of the Kurds during his years of seclusion during the Republic period.
