What exactly is homeland? Is it a piece of land, endless seas, deep lakes, steep mountains, fertile plains, lush forests, crowded cities, isolated villages? No, homeland has a meaning beyond all these. It is not just a piece of land, nor water basins, nor a chain of trees... Our motherland is our mother's compassion, our father's white hair, our first love, our newborn child, our grandfather's graves...

A person without a homeland has no life. Yes, once my mind and heart were full of these ideas. Now? I do not know now…
