Doğduğum Yüzyıla Veda

This special book includes a compilation of my poetry books published to date, based on their themes, and a mix of my poems that will be published in the coming years. This is what I said as I bid farewell to the century in which I was born. 'Farewell to the Century I was Born' is a special book consisting of a selection of Murathan Mungan's 13 poetry books published to date, a compilation based on the themes of the poems, and his books to be published in the coming years.

This 14th poetry book of the poet consists of 15 separate chapters arranged for this book. Care has been taken to ensure that each section, named separately, has a different feeling and theme integrity. This book, which does not include all the poet's poems, is not organized with a purpose and logic like 'Selected Poems' or 'The Best', but only poems selected according to the logic and feeling of each section are included.

In the book, which aims to remember together the poetry adventure of Murathan Mungan, who bid farewell to the century in which he was born, as a poet, it is intended to give this book a binding quality between both centuries by including selections from the poet's poetry books to be published starting from 2000.

Intended as a collection book, 'Farewell to the Century in which I was Born' will be published only once, in an edition of 10,000, all numbered, and will not be reprinted.
