Fear of Apple - Enver Özkahraman
Özkahraman not only photographed the events he witnessed, but also strengthened his work by telling them years later as a journalist. Many journalists only report the events to agencies, and when their work is done, the news ends, but Özkahraman did not leave his profession at this point. He felt a social responsibility. He recorded the events he witnessed and the sufferings people experienced. Moreover, he made great efforts to record the rich cultural heritage of the region by traveling from village to village. Years later, he tried to convey the events he photographed to his readers with autobiographical writings in the style of a photo novel on the "Yüksekovahaber" website. This book emerged by rearranging the author's articles published on the Yüksekovahaber website and scanning the photo archive. Unfortunately, however, the films of many of his photographs could not be accessed because they were sent to agencies in Turkey and abroad and could not be retrieved.
