- He examines state mentalities through the saying, "First of all, the state is a matter of mentality." When discussing the issue of "state", the focus is on its mentality rather than its concrete dimensions. It examines how the material and spiritual changes in social life gradually evolved towards the state, together with the reasons. The masculine character of the state is emphasized. The change from matrilineal culture to patriarchal culture, as well as the sowing of the seeds of statist/hierarchical culture, is examined. Our authors, Ali Koç and Umut Beyaz, in their book "From the Master State to the Democratic Society", after examining all historical developments, the Democratic Confederalism system is highlighted as an alternative model. They explain the fact that Democratic Confederalism, as a new and not yet implemented system, is the only system for a world where humanity is free and peaceful, without unlimited exploitation.
