The Ghost in Harput is the life story of a young man named Roc, who went to the madrasah in Harput in order not to become an Ottoman soldier, and witnessed the massacre of non-Muslims and Armenians there. When Roc, who fell in love with an Armenian girl, put himself in danger for this love and killed the commander of the Hamidiye militia, he had to escape to Dersim and continue his life under a different name and in a completely different way. A difficult escape adventure and difficult years of war await him for the rest of his life.
