This book examines the background of regional colonization policies targeting the 'Greater Middle East' geography, which is vitally important for the global system.

In the global capitalist system, multifaceted changes are taking place in economic, political, military, cultural and social relations. The capitalist system is moving forward by reorganizing itself and opening up to new areas. In a way, capitalist globalization opens new areas of exploitation through regional wars. The world capitalist system is trying to pull the region, which it defines as the 'Greater Middle East', into the global system. The entire Middle East, especially the Gulf region, is the target of international powers that focus on creating regional colonial areas for global monopolies by keeping the regions where maximum profit is extremely high.

Transforming the regions where energy deposits are located and their surroundings into a regional battlefield is a very important part of the global strategy and is implemented within the framework of a political plan prepared in advance. Global barbarians, led by the USA, are not only deepening the regional war in order to create new strategic balances in the Middle East, they are widely using ethnic and sectarian conflict. While Al Qaeda was once turned into a tool for the implementation of the strategies of global monopolies, today ISIS serves the same function. Positioned as a movement to create chaos, ISIS has played an important role in reshaping the regional balances of the Middle East.

While international and regional power relations centered in the Middle East are being reshaped, competition, conflict and alliances are developing intertwined. At the same time, the roles and spheres of influence of regional powers are changing rapidly. While countries such as Turkey, which cannot adapt to the regional strategy of the global system, are being pushed out of the regional equation, there are strong signs that countries such as Iran will come to the fore much more.

The Kurds, who began to play a much higher role in determining the balance of power in regional relations, began to come to a position that would determine the strategic balance of power of the future. This will mean redrawing maps in the Middle East.

Turkey's Syria and Iraq policy collapsed. His very active support to Islamist movements such as Al Nusra and ISIS, and the strategy he followed for the liquidation of Kobani-centered Rojava, failed. Thus, while Rojava's political and military forces, such as PYD-YPG, which came to the fore in the war against ISIS, became internationally recognized, Turkey began to become much more isolated.

The 'Greater Middle East' strategy functions as the strategic center of the global war. Examining the political background of multifaceted developments in this geography, where international and regional balances of power have been completely reshaped, is also extremely important in terms of creating alternative strategies.
