Hammer of Vulcan

Vulcan 3 is a hyper-rational, neutral supercomputer. The only ruler of the world in 2029. After the war that brought the planet to the brink of destruction, the Union organization follows his orders to prevent the same chaos from recurring. However, as in every totalitarian government, there are people who oppose the system. The Mysterious Healers movement, which wants to return power to the people, is determined to destroy Vulcan 3. But of course, Vulcan 3 has its own thoughts on this matter. Will humanity be able to escape from the Union and its ruler, artificial intelligence?
