Tarihçe-i Hayat (Orta Boy)

The book History of Life is the biography of the master Bediüzzaman Said Nursi , written by his students after the 1950s. The master's childhood and education life, his studies in scientific circles, his struggles and discussions; Compilation of Risale-i Nur , life in exile after these years; His long and struggling life, which went through trials, prisons, dungeons and poisoning, was written with the support of quotes from Risale-i Nur. As Ustad points out the service he has provided and the gap he has filled in each of his works, he also states that the book History of Life will be of great service with its preparation and publication with the following words:

“The History of Life published by Tahsin benefited and made conquests for more than twenty major magazines. Now, don't worry about them getting a little bit involved. Because it attracted attention, it became a major announcement. Just as twenty great magazines have been published under the curtain in the last twenty years and have led to great conquests, God willing, the dissemination of the History of Life under the curtain will yield the same result.” (Emirdağ Lahika, p. 535)

Undoubtedly, there are valuable works written about the Master's life, works and struggle, and there will be in the future. However, this History of Life certainly has a special place, as it was prepared and approved by the Master's students while he was still alive. Therefore, Zehra Publishing, following this tradition, has found it appropriate to publish History of Life in the same style and has published it exactly as it is, without changing its order. However, unlike other publishing houses, the quotes from the first part of the Master's life, which he calls the Old Said, are made faithfully to the original. The same sensitivity is shown in other parts of the book.
