Although the history of religions generally means the study of religions from the oldest religions of history to the present day, one or more religions can also be the subject of the history of religions. For this reason, knowing the history of three religions, which have a great direct or indirect impact on people and society today as in the past, will also be useful in understanding the institution and system of "religion". Because these three religions have maintained their existence as a single religion, sometimes separately and sometimes intertwined, throughout a long historical process.

Prof. argues that today, the dominant understanding of religion in societies with these religions is their interpreted forms rather than the pure religion of God, and that in order to make this distinction, it is necessary to know the religion in the books first. Dr. Mehmet Bayrakdar explains three important religions in line with the contents of their holy books, and when necessary, points out interpretative understandings that are not in the books.

History of Three Religions is a book that examines Judaism, Christianity and Islam from the perspective of the history of religions, and deals with the sources, prophets, sects, principles of faith and worship of these three religions in depth.
