İnsan Hakları
Considering the ancient history of humanity, the concept of "human rights" has a special emphasis in the understanding of justice and does not date back very long. It is known that even today, the sensitivities that should activate social conscience and political will for some people are seen as an empty slogan for many others. Taking all these conditions into account, this concise study addresses the difficulties of defending human rights not only in the relatively underdeveloped regions of the world, but even in the "civilized" West, in the integrity of the historical, political and cultural background that lies at the origin of the concept.
