In the Land of White Lilies

In the Land of White Lilies is a book dedicated to Finland. What is described is the cultural and social development of this small and underdeveloped country. The dedication and sacrifice of patriots can be read through the Finnish people's unity and solidarity, saving their country from poverty and creating an ideal economy and policy. This enthusiasm and struggle, which will set an example for the whole world, transformed their lands from the "land of swamps" into the land of white lilies.

In 1928, before Ataturk's reforms, a Turkish journalist spoke more openly about the book: “It is as if the two million Finnish people had gone through this experience for us, to enlighten our path and to tell us, their brother, that we can continue to follow the same path we are following, determinedly and without doubt.” He lived to say it. “This is not just an example, it is proof that we will achieve victory.”
