Humankind has sought justice throughout history. He resisted the oppressors and made revolutions for the sake of a just social-political order. During this process, lawyers, thinkers and philosophers put forward opinions to explain what justice is, for which so much has been fought. But what is Justice? To date, no agreed upon conceptual definition has been reached for the question. The only aspect of justice that is generally agreed upon is that it is a concept with variable content from society to society, classes and layers within society, and even depending on time... Prof. Dr. Çetin Yetkin explains this variability of justice by giving examples from articles on this subject in the world and in Turkey. On the other hand, Yetkin's comprehensive work questions whether there is such a thing as justice in reality, that justice is a class concept, that justice can only be sought in law and laws, and that the content of the concept depends on this class, since those who make the laws are none other than the ruling class. It reveals that the search for justice will be a futile effort if this fact is ignored. According to Yetkin, justice in class societies is just a dream. The book also reveals how imperialism, globalization, social democracy and the international order have turned justice into a deception. Yetkin says, "When people are released after being detained for years on the grounds that there has been a mistake" They should stop saying "Long live justice!" Because there has never been and will never be justice. As long as the ideal of a classless society is realized on a global level one day. Because then there will be no need for justice anyway!
