Yaşamla Yoğrulmuş Bilgi
I'm about to turn sixty. "What happened is the main question of my life?" When I ask myself a question, the answer I give to such a question these days is: "How will I live with my knowledge?" The question arises. Maybe the question of what my fundamental question is is my fundamental question, who knows? The most pressing question of modern people must be how to live with their knowledge. He says it is the information age but he does not know the information. Let's say he knows the information, he does not know how to live with it. The gap between life and knowledge is widening.
The articles in this book consist of essays questioning the relationship between knowledge and life in academic life. As an engineer-philosopher, these articles in which I briefly touch upon the relationship between engineering and life and hint at the adventure of philosophy in my country should be understood as screams from Anatolian lands to the knowledge of our age. Well-behaved screams, of course. Silent screams echoing in the solitude of new roads that can be opened for journeys towards the roots of our culture. They were written in the hope that there would be those who would hear them.
They will be written.
This book is one of the notes in a bottle that I wrote to the world from these lands and left into the ocean of knowledge.
