In this study, the Alevis' historical consciousness and continuity in social memory, mostly through oral tradition, within the scope of historiography has been discussed. The roots of practical applications that address the characteristics of different areas of belief have been attempted to be touched upon. It has been addressed with the aim of revealing some of the connection points of Kurdish Alevism (Réya/Raa Heqi Süreği) relatively.
The “Way is a thousand and one” theory, which is one of the cornerstones of Alevis who express themselves independently according to their faith, is a notion that points to the handling of different practices in the field of faith in the Alevi society, which is spread over different geographical areas, with common perceptions. The “Way is a thousand and one” theory explains being one in the “Way” that emerges within the scope of changing time and space, and acting with a thousand and one variations with the perspective of the basic principle. The main thing here is the “Way” that reaches God, justice, morality, and murder. Of course, there are ways to reach this main axis. Here, the ways to this source appear as a continuum. In this book, one of the continuums of the “Way”, Réya/Raa Heqi Süreği (Kurdish Alevism), is explained.
