Kürtçe Dil Ve Eğitim Hakları
All world languages are the common heritage of human history. Protecting this human heritage, seeing and respecting them as the common values of human beings is a requirement of being human. Every person, every community has a language; But no one has the chance to choose their own native language. It is not possible to find a community in the world that does not have a language.
Among the species on our planet, according to our current knowledge, language is an extraordinary ability developed only by human beings. Recent linguistic research suggests that language is a part of the biological structure of human beings. In other words, language also has a function that complements the human biological structure such as the brain, heart or eye. Language is so tightly woven into human life that it is not possible to imagine life without it.
