The book, which was also published in Arabic in the same year, has a pioneering position in the field of Kurdish studies and is considered one of the main reference books on recent Kurdish history. The common opinion about its author is that it is Sureyya Bedirxan. In addition to such works, Sureyya Bedirxan also published the newspaper 'Kurdistan' in Istanbul in 1909. Basile Nikitine states that he was 'the first Kurdish patriot to carry out a campaign both verbally and in writing, harmonizing it with a program and modern political evidence.'
