  • With the declaration of the Constitutional Monarchy in 1908, some Kurdish intellectuals who had previously been exiled returned to Istanbul. Intellectuals who supported the Constitutional Monarchy also founded an association in the same year: Kurdish Solidarity and Progress Society.
