Aşk ve Gurur
Pride and Prejudice is about a tense love story between Elizabeth Bennet, who belongs to a middle-class, provincial family, and the noble and wealthy Fitzwilliam Darcy. With the "prejudices" that Elizabeth developed due to Darcy's arrogant attitude; Darcy's "pride" in the face of Elizabeth's social position collide. Their relationship, which begins almost with hatred and whose tension never drops, eventually turns into a love story that will leave its mark on world literature.
Jane Austen, who skillfully deals with many concepts such as love, marriage, nobility, wealth, family and being a woman in 18th century England in her novels, has written works that are still read with pleasure today and adapted to many branches of art.
