When it comes to Turkish sociology, the name Baykan Sezer has a very special place. "Main titles of sociology" is also a fundamental work that reveals his understanding of sociology. Of course, it is unthinkable for a sociologist to argue that what they say and teach is to the detriment of society. The difficulty begins in determining the benefit of society, the interests of society. According to the definitions that have come down to us or that we have found in sociology, society is a place where various interests quarrel and conflict. In this case, what is defended as a social interest is nothing more than the private interests of some segments of the society. We chose the name of our study "Main Headings of Sociology". Regardless of the name, our study could be one of the usual studies on the subject. "Our aim is not to convey the first and basic knowledge of sociology. The main purpose of our discussions will be to ask the first questions on this knowledge and to test this knowledge."
