Masnavi is a world masterpiece that is the most read and taught in the Turkish-Islamic world after the Quran, is never left out of the curriculum, and is frequently translated and annotated.

It is a cultural encyclopedia, a cultural encyclopedia, a book with its diversity of topics, intertwined stories written through association, philosophical consequences, quotations from verses, hadiths, sayings of great people called Kalam-i kibâr, their commentaries, events narrated about the three great religions, and issues discussed. In other words, Mesnevi is an encyclopedia of the history of religions. Another name for this masterpiece is "Mesnevî-i Ma'nevî" because its meaning dominates.

This eight-century-old giant work, translated into all the major languages of the world, is attracting increasing interest every day. Not a day goes by without a new book or new work on Mesnevi in Turkish and in world languages.

Based on the idea that we can understand Mevlana best only if we have a translation that is accurate and closest to the original, we are publishing the entire Mesnevi in verse, for the first time in Turkish, with the Persian originals written in Latin letters on the opposite page.
