In her second poetry book , "Mud" , Halide Yıldırım calls what comes out of the desolation in her first book and disperses into the present, dreams and memories as "mud". At this point where he establishes his poem, historical background readings offer the reader a road map that begins with the poet's journey towards humanity and his own roots, passing through childhood, womanhood, clay, sand, fire and mud.
