Neither side by side nor face to face

Since the human-centered management approach, which is a requirement of both our belief and the modern understanding of the state, has not been established in our country, the state has seen its survival in an authoritarian, imperious approach that determines how everything should be and imposes it on the society, and people have become distant and cold towards the state. It is difficult for us to start evolving into a human-centered understanding of politics and management to yield results in a short time. For this reason, the nation has accepted and embraced the rulers who defend the rights of the society, and the state, due to its general reflexes, has always kept its distance from them and had difficulty in accepting them. If the late governor Recep Yazıcıoğlu is still loved, respected and missed in society, one of the important reasons should be sought here. I tried to perform all my duties in line with certain principles. The society does not approve of those working in the state being in constant harmony and acting with the mentality of "I close my eyes and do my duty". Even though I was calmer in nature than my brother, I tried to demonstrate the same working principles in my own understanding and style. What I mean will be better understood in the following pages.
