Frankly, I found this book difficult to read. It was difficult because it forced me to travel to the past and to those who were gone, among all the daily tasks that awaited me. However, I wanted to postpone it as much as possible. I had a hard time reading it, but you too should read it and try it as hard as you can. If you are a Kurd whose country has been invaded, there are those of you who left, and even if you don't know anyone among those who left, they left because they felt you.

Trying to understand and be worthy must be a part of being human. If a person does not live with the awareness of meaning, he is just "the walking dead", as Shams said. Meaning is such a power that it does not leave people alone even in the grave. You will either live meaningfully or you will waste away in nothingness forever.

We must purify ourselves from polluted emotions, escape from daily lives, and find the spirituality that has been lost for the sake of appearance. It is necessary to repair our emotions that have been torn apart by the monster of colonialism, our souls that have been polluted and our thoughts that have become inoperable, and run to freedom with love together with them. I believe that this book will contribute to this, at least to some extent.
