Ottoman Progress and Union Society Book Description: In 1905, Bahattin Şakir came to Paris and joined the Ahmet Rıza group, and together with Doctor Nazım, they published the Şura-yı Ümmet newspaper and took matters into their own hands, and in 1908, the Constitutional Monarchy ascended the mountain.
