During the hunger strike period, dozens of writers and politicians were making thousands of observations and analyzes about the hunger strike and the state's approach. However, I believe that the criticisms and interpretations of the Kurdish reality by individuals who were the direct subjects of the war and who were forced to defend themselves in the courts of a state that they described as "colonialist" as an interlocutor of the issue and who were sentenced to decades of punishment would be remarkable and closer to fairness. Again, in the Kurdish issue, there are more people than the Kurds. We are faced with a painful picture full of hundreds of advice and wisdom, from those who try to have a say to those who do not adequately understand the Kurdish reality and write research books with colonialist arrogance; Because colonialists interpret history with the arrogance of being colonized and want it to be known as it is. Unfortunately, since there was no opportunity to go to prisons and conduct face-to-face interviews with the prisoners, I was able to send my questions via letter. I encountered such an obstacle in front of the study that I considered as an oral history research. The prisoners answered the questions I sent in their own handwriting. The letter is also a special platform for a prisoner.
