"Participatory Democracy" is a common demand that everyone agrees on today. However, it is not very clear what this means in concrete terms. However, if we do not want democracy to be limited to elections held every four or five years, we must learn how participation can be realized in practice. What are the necessary conditions for participation to occur? Who can participate, where and how? What are the most important ways to participate? How can the lack of interest in participating be explained? How does a participation that rejects the order happen? In this book, answers are sought to these and similar questions. For this purpose, "Cem Erogul" examines both past and present data within a theoretical framework consistent with his previous studies. It also looks at foreign applications when necessary. However, the focus of his attention is today's Turkey, which is the "common destiny" of all of us.
