The Ottoman's increasing loss of authority, which started with the Celali rebellions in the early 17th century, led to the increase in lawlessness, the decrease in the loyalty of the Agha, Sheikh, Seyyid and Beys in Anatolia towards the state, their ability to create autonomous areas of action, and their ability to fulfill their obligations towards the Ottoman Empire. This caused them not to bring it and subsequently riots.
With the provocation and assistance of some states, especially the British, there were approximately 33 Kurdish rebellions in the Southeast of the country and numerous Kurdish organizations were established.
The Rizgarî and Ala Rizgarî organizations, which today oppose the PKK on many issues, especially the armed struggle, and defend the political struggle, were also established during this process and made an impact in the Southeast for a while.
While its members in the country continue their political struggle in various media organs, it is known that the majority of them live abroad.
How Rizgarî and Ala Rizgarî were founded, their actions during the period of their influence, the flight of the leading staff abroad and all the unknowns until the organization lost its effectiveness are explained in this book with documents.
In this book of Rasit Kisacik, who has researched ethnic organizations for many years, the obscure aspects and a brief history of DDKD (Revolutionary Eastern Culture Centers), which is the mother of all Kurdish organizations, are included.
