
Roboski Case
The Roboski Case examines in minute detail the legal dimension of the Roboski Massacre, which resulted in the deprivation of the right to life of 34 people. Hilmi Şeker's work, which spanned two years due to the difficulty of access, opens the doors to confronting the Roboski Case, which is a multi-faceted case, while addressing the rights violations in Turkey on the one hand, and illuminates all the dark points of the law within its own sensitivities.
While the legal process, which covers all the sociological, psychological and political dimensions of the incident, could not find an addressee despite all efforts, Hilmi Şeker personally addresses the law and its superiority with this work. The Roboski Case is a meticulously prepared study to contribute to the search for rights and law in the country and to reveal the victimization caused by the Roboski Case.
