  • This is the fourth book of the yearbooks we have published about Ehmedê Xanî. The first annual covers the year 2009 and was published in 2010. When the yearbooks are examined chronologically, it will be seen that there have been important developments about Ehmedê Xanî and his works, especially in the last 4-5 years in Turkey, and that Xanî's name has an important place on the agenda of the world of science, literature and politics. In addition, many editions of his works were made in the original language, with old and new translations. This period was also the period when most of the supporting literature about Xanî and his works was published in books and reviews were published in magazines and newspapers.
    Our research continues to investigate and bring to light the works of E. In this context, we opened a new section in this year's YEAR, as we reported last year. In this section titled Translations from Foreign Languages, we are gradually translating and publishing the publications made in German, French, English and Russian about Ehmedê Xanî and his works, which started in the Western world since 1830.
