SİYERU'L-EKRAD History of Bâban and Erdelan Kurds [1523-1870], which Abdülkadir Bâbanî wrote in Persian in 1870, named his work Siyeru'l-Ekrad with the aim of writing the history of Kurds in various regions and different political areas, but only Bâban and Erdelan Since it had the opportunity to write about certain periods of the history of the Kurds, it is a written work that is limited to an exclusive naming of the historical narratives in question. Work XIV. century to XIX. It contains some events and facts that took place in the Bâban and Erdelan dynasties in the historical period until the third quarter of the century. In this context, the author has conveyed in his work both the power struggles within themselves and the relations they developed with the Ottoman and Iranian states in the geography dominated by the dynasties in question, within the conjunctural developments and adhering to the local historical narrative.
