Social Justice and the City

There are certain periods in the development of social sciences when books emerge that deeply shake and transform existing perspectives. Social Justice and the City is one of them. A classic work in space studies. Harvey, who made a critical examination of capitalist and socialist formulations regarding urbanism in separate chapters, in a sense, provided the first example of the application of historical materialism to space studies, and showed how social injustice coincides with the divisions and differentiations on space.
