Social Policy Ethics
Social Policy Ethics has a content that makes it possible to look at social policy in a "broad sense" and in an "interdisciplinary" context, beyond looking at it in a "narrow sense" and as just a "discipline", and thus tries to say that a social policy idea can be developed. While presenting this content, the book uses a method that focuses on the fact that thought production requires multidimensionality, not one-dimensionality.
This multidimensionality requires taking into account one's own world and the society (psychology and sociology) in which one lives, taking into account one's beliefs (religion), and seeing the economic-political basin in which one is located. Therefore, in order to talk about the morality of social policy, it is necessary to create a basis related to the fields of psychology, sociology, religion and political economy. Doing the opposite, that is, presenting social policy morality, which is the product of the relationship between social policy and morality, through a single variable, amounts to failing to see the idea of social policy as a dynamic process and confining it to a barren area. This can make talking about social policy pointless in the first place. In short, the book is "an effort not to fall into this meaninglessness".
