State and Sovereignty Theory

The state is an institution, an entity that encompasses every aspect of our lives . Every activity of a person from birth to death; Education, work, marriage, raising children, retirement, generating ideas, entertainment and many other activities are regulated by the state. In our age, the state is directly or indirectly related to all kinds of activities of its citizens. Because the state is the greatest economic and political power, with its monopoly on state budget, tax policy and legitimate violence resulting from its sovereign authority. For him, the state is not a passive social relationship, but on the contrary, it is an active and effective relationship that regulates all social relations. For this reason, the exploited and oppressed, especially the political movements that represent them, should examine and recognize the state institution in all its aspects.
