Hurafeler ve Mitler
People of different religions have lived together for centuries and continue to do so. There are constant transitions and interactions between these beliefs. Martyrs, saints, saints, holy places of every religion; Features of worship influenced and were influenced by other beliefs around it. In the 13th and 14th centuries, Anatolia was the geography where this religious richness was experienced in the most colorful way. While the Byzantine influence continued, on the other hand, Muslim communities who combined straw traditions with their new religion began to settle in Anatolia. As well as the similarities between the belief systems of monotheistic religions, the daily belief practices that were transferred from primitive religions and became traditions also revealed the rapprochement between communities communicating with each other. Superstitions and Myths deals with Islam, which is called folk Islam today, with its daily life principles, not bookish, with the transitions and riches between religions and belief worlds in its first period in Anatolia. The book examines how people adapted the bookish face of religion to their living conditions and previous beliefs, together with the place of folk Islam in the history of Anatolia.
