The Lost World

Lost World Book Description Professor Challenger, known as the crazy professor, claims that there is a lost world in the Amazon where extinct creatures such as dinosaurs live. The scientific world does not take these claims of the professor seriously and even thinks they are fiction. Thereupon, at a meeting held at the Animal Science Institute, Challenger proposes to form a team of several volunteers and organize an expedition to this lost world in order to collect evidence and make observations to prove his claims. Journalist ED Malone, who wants to win the heart of the girl he loves, and hunting and research trip enthusiast John Roxton immediately volunteer to join this trip. Professor Summerlee, who does not find Challenger's claims convincing, decides to join the trip to refute these claims. As our heroes set out with great excitement and move deeper into the Amazon forest, the expedition turns into an interesting, dangerous and challenging adventure.
