My journey as an oncology dietitian started in 1996 at Hacettepe University oncology clinics and still continues. I am very happy to have crowned this journey with the book in your hands.
The nutrition advice that cancer patients often hear is "You can eat anything, but you should definitely not eat sugar, do not eat red meat, eat natural, stay away from packaged foods." “What will I eat now?” The question generally remains unanswered.
Throughout my career, patients and their relatives have been asking, "How can I eat in the right and best way?" I witnessed their struggles. In order to shed light on these struggles, you will find in this book what "everything" actually is and how you can get adequate nutrition in the light of scientific knowledge.
