The war that has torn the human race apart is finally coming to an end. Many cities and towns are now uninhabitable. The entire country is in the grip of a brutal, nuclear winter. Both the Furies and the Unchanged must fight a similar struggle to survive.

Hundreds of Furious warriors settle in a relatively less damaged town on the east coast. At their helm is Hinchcliffe, who will do anything to kill the handful of Unchanged survivors and cement his leadership position in the new world order.
