TÖB-Legal Years and Counter-Guerrilla Attacks

In the 70s, one of the most important organizations that paved the way for the struggle against fascist oppression and oppression was TÖB-DER. TÖB-DER also; It has also become an important center of activity with its activities such as the Democratic Education Congress (DEK) it convenes, the educational and enlightening publications it publishes, its recommendations for alternative textbooks, and its dialogue with international teachers' unions.

TÖB-DER; Just as it fought against illegalities such as the dismissal, exile, and salary cuts of its members, it also continued an active struggle against high prices, oppression, cruelty, and anti-democratic practices that affected the society. He continued his struggle using elements such as work stoppages, rallies, marches, declarations, brochures, bulletins and magazines. The organization in its current state; It is one of the greatest strongholds of social resistance against reactionary attacks and pressures in the 1970s and one of the most important social resistance organizations targeted by the September 12 order.
